1. Who We Are
Global Resources Exchange operates a B2B marketplace for scrap, recyclable and industrial materials, headquartered in Antalya, Türkiye.
2. Eligibility
You must be an authorized representative of a legally registered business and at least 18 years old to trade on the platform.
3. Listings & Buy Requests
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you publish, including material specification, quantity, price and origin. Misleading listings may be removed and accounts suspended.
4. Transactions
GRX connects buyers and sellers. Unless explicitly stated, we are not a party to the transactions concluded through the platform. Contracts, payments, logistics and taxes are the responsibility of the counterparties.
5. Prohibited Content
No trading of prohibited materials, sanctioned goods, hazardous waste without proper licensing, or anything violating applicable law or the Basel Convention.
6. AI Features
AI-generated categorization, pricing suggestions and matching are indicative and provided "as is". Always verify with your own due diligence before contracting.
7. Fees
Browsing, listing and matching are free during the launch phase. Future paid features will be announced with clear pricing before activation.
8. Intellectual Property
The platform, brand, code and content are owned by GRX. You retain ownership of content you upload and grant us a license to display it within the service.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, GRX is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform or transactions between users.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Antalya.
